Accreditations
Prime Construct maintains recognised memberships and accreditations including CHAS, FMB (Federation of Master Builders), and NABC (National Association of Building Contractors), demonstrating our commitment to quality, compliance, and professional standards.
All subcontractors we appoint are trusted partners, approved to work on our sites under schemes including NICEIC and Gas Safe.
Building Work Guarantee (BWG)
We provide a 2-year Building Work Guarantee (BWG) on all general construction work, along with a 6-year BWG covering structural defects under our FMB Building Contract. This means every stage of your project—whether it's a refurbishment, loft conversion, or extension, is fully protected, giving you complete confidence throughout the process.
In addition, clients have the option to take out an extended FMB Building Work Guarantee. This insurance-backed cover offers further protection for 6 or 10 years from the date the work is completed.
As you would expect, we are comprehensively covered with our own public liability policy for up to £5 million.
